Fair Havens is proud to present Summer Xplosion Day Camp 2009! New themes! New
activities! Same values!
Day Campers who have completed Grade 4 up to completed Grade 6 will participate in the Xtreme Team Youth Skills Program. The Camper will be able to choose their top 3 from 10 different skill programs, and will be assigned 2 skills based on availability, and will participate each morning in the 2 skill programs.
FREE DAY CAMP 'T-Shirt' and wristband for each child, both ensure easy identification and safety for the day camp child.
Each week has a theme which creates a fun focus for the week's events. Daily age appropriate lessons from
the Bible help provide a strong foundation for life.
Morning Activities include singing, stories, games and crafts.
Grade 1-3: Participate in an age appropriate fun filled morning of skits, songs, stories and games with the
Fair Havens Children Ministries program. Afternoons include activities such as rock-climbing, canoeing,
pontoon boat rides, sandcastle competitions, sports and much more.
Grade 4-6: Morning activities include participation in the Fair Havens Teen Program with a Bible study and your choice of skills including: archery, drama, crafts, or outdoor studies. Afternoon activities include Bible stories, outdoor games, team building challenges, field games and many more fun activities.
Hot Buffet meals at an Eat Smart® Award winning dining room.
Optional Wednesday night sleepover camp experience consists of a camp-out, campfire, wagon ride and family friendly, light hearted entertainment put on by the Family Camp staff.
End each day with a swim in our outdoor pool and incredible splash park.
All children will have the opportunity to go to the Tuck Shop every day during the week. We recommend that parents send their child with some money on the first day (approx. $10-$15) so their child can purchase snacks at the Tuck Shop.

Limit of 20 campers per week. The ratio will be 1 staff to 4 campers.Leaders
There will be two senior leaders and four day camp leaders who are highly qualified and find joy in working closely with children. If necessary, special needs workers and additional leaders are available to help your children should they need extra attention.Program Highlights

Pricing
- Day Camp (Includes Lunch & Special Day Camp T-Shirt)
Meet your leaders at the Main Office between 8 and 8:30am; pickup at the same place between 5:30 and 6pm. Cost is $165 taxes included. - Overnight Option
Dinner and breakfast will be provided. Cost is an additional $35 taxes included. - Late Fee
A $2.00 late fee is in place for every 5 minutes a parent is late picking up a child. Arrival in the morning is between 8 and 8:30am, any time missed is a loss to the child as the program begins at 8:30am sharp.
