Maple Syrup Celebration 2005
Our 20th year of Outdoor Christian Education
...was a HUGE success!

Over 150 people - many of them families - experienced a day of Maple Syrup demonstrations as they witnessed historical and present day syrup collecting practices as well as a video and puppet show with 'Pappy Sap' for the kids. Everyone oo'd and ah'd over the famous Fair Glen Pancake Lunch of sausages, blueberries, whipped cream and real maple syrup!  Many took home bottles of maple syrup and 'Taffy on a Stick'. It was an awesome time in God's creation!
