Insurance

Visitors and guests are responsible for their own insurance coverage. No liability is assumed by Fair Havens or its staff.

Fair Havens is a family focused Bible Conference and Retreat Centre. We maintain a smoke-free, no alcohol, no non-medicinal drugs and no pets policy.

Due to our focus on family values and the fact that we cater to families from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, we encourage modesty in all attire and require that only non-revealing bathing suits are worn by teens/adults (13 and up) while on Fair Havens property.

Fair Havens NO PETS Policy

Fair Havens maintains the right to have no pets on our grounds. Fair Havens offers time and understanding for the rule being missed, however, upon being asked to remove the pet, the individual(s) in possession of said pet have within 30 minutes to remove the animal, or provide proof of AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) certification. After 30 minutes has passed, if the individual has not either provided the certification or left the grounds, Fair Havens reserves the right to levy a fine of $75.00 (in accordance with Ontario Provincial Park rules) to the owner. Subsequently, every 30-minute period following the first charge, another fine of equal or greater value can be levied at the discretion of the Fair Havens Executive Team. At a timeline chosen by the Fair Havens Executive Team dependent on the infraction, animal services will be contacted for the removal of the animal.
