Fair Havens offers a variety of accommodation options for your family to enjoy!

Prices are based on 2025 rates, and are subject to change for 2026.

Efficiency Units

Must be purchased with at least 1 meal / day plan, excluding Chalet #47 (no meals required). Bedding & towels provided.

Kitchenettes are equipped with: Coffee maker with filters, kettle, toaster, hot plate, mini fridge, microwave, 6-piece dish set (glasses, mugs, dinner plates, dessert plates, bowls, forks, knives, large and small spoons), dish soap & dish cloths, BBQ lighter, garbage bags, toilet paper & paper towel.

Guest Rooms

Cooking of any kind is prohibited in these guest rooms. Meal rates will be added to your reservation based on the meal plan you choose. You must purchase a minimum of 2 meals / day. Bedding & towels provided.

All prices are plus applicable taxes.

Important Booking Details

Accommodation rates are plus tax and facility/amenities fees will be added to your reservation based on the length of your stay.

Partial week bookings accepted starting May 1st, 2025.

Efficiency units have a minimum 3-night stay & Guest rooms have a minimum 2-night stay.

Check in at 3:30PM & Check out by 9:30AM. No check out extensions available for 2025. You are welcome to enjoy the grounds after you check out of your unit / room.

Deposit & Final payment

Full week bookings (Saturday to Saturday) – $200.00 to secure your reservation.

Partial week bookings – $100.00 to secure your reservation.

A deposit can NOT be transferred to a different family.

Cancellation & Changes

• A reservation cancellation made prior to May 31st, 2025, by 4:00pm, will have 75% of your deposit returned. (Fair Havens maintains 25% as an administrative fee for ALL cancellations)
• A cancellation made on or following June 1st, 2025 will result in a 100% forfeit of the deposit to Fair Havens.
• A booking deposit can be transferred to a different reservation (Of equal or greater final value) within 30 days following the original booking. A deposit can NOT be transferred to a different family.
• Reservation changes, such as arriving late or leaving early, could be eligible for an administrative fee of up to 25% of your booking deposit per day or change.
